Community Guidelines

This community exists so petitioners can share real experiences with each other during a stressful process. A few norms keep it useful and safe:

• Share your own experience, not legal advice for someone else's specific case — every case is different, and only a licensed attorney can advise on yours.
• Never post personal identifiers — your own or anyone else's (passport/A-numbers, addresses, phone numbers).
• Criticizing USCIS, attorneys, or Merito itself is allowed speech, not abuse — good-faith frustration is welcome here.
• No commercial solicitation, link farming, or off-platform sales funnels.
• Answers here are human-only by design — Merito never posts AI-generated answers into the community.
