Assembling a simple 'press kit' style summary of my media coverage
Had coverage spread across several outlets over a few years, and found it genuinely helpful to build a single organized summary document — similar to a press kit — before diving into the individual exhibits themselves, mostly as an organizational tool for myself and my attorney. What it included: each piece of coverage with its outlet, date, a one-line description of what it covered, and a note on the outlet's standing/reach — essentially a table of contents specifically for my published-material evidence, distinct from the petition's actual exhibit numbering. This wasn't itself submitted as an exhibit, just a working document that helped me and my attorney quickly see the full shape of that evidence category at a glance. Small organizational habit, but it made conversations with my attorney about which pieces of coverage were strongest, and which needed more supporting context, much more efficient than flipping between individual documents each time.
