What actually happens during the moderation queue here, for anyone curious
Saw a question elsewhere about why a post doesn't appear instantly, so figured I'd explain what I understand about how this works, since a brief delay before a post appears is normal and not a sign anything's wrong with your post. Posts go through a review step before they're visible to everyone — this is a real, if usually quick, check to keep the community genuinely useful rather than a source of misinformation or spam. It's not personal or a judgment on your specific post; it's the same process every post here goes through, including the Merito Team's own posts. If your post seems to be taking longer than expected, that's worth being patient about rather than assuming something's broken — but if it's been a genuinely long time with no update, reaching out is reasonable. Just want to normalize that a short delay before a post shows up is expected, not a bug.
